As we wait on the structural plans, we’ve made some progress. Our plumber has finished up the water and gas lines to the building, leaving us with just the sewer on his to-do list. Despite the locates, we managed to hit the main waterline feeding the house; it was routed in a way neither of us would have ever imagined and, of course, the internet fiber feeding the house.
The plan is to dig, inspect, and pour the piers and west side porch Monday, fingers crossed. Then hopefully, the back porch and piers the following week. Structural plans should be ready in the next week, so with a bit of luck, may be framing by the end of September.
