I half expected them to build the entire thing in a single day. A three-man Amish crew arrived just after 8 a.m. and worked straight through until about 5. Hard-working guys—no doubt. It’s exciting to see everything taking shape so quickly.
Rain is in the forecast for tomorrow, so I’m not sure what the day will bring. We’re still waiting on the LVLs for the garage door headers, and it’ll likely be a bit before the doors and windows arrive—but hopefully not too long.
We’ll see what Day 2 brings!
