Not a lot to do at this point but wait… well, that’s both true and not…
There has been a lot of activity around appraisals and insurance; Insurance isn’t a straightforward process for an old house. We’re getting our current house ready for sale, hopefully at some point in March. All while continuing to explore garage/shop options, which will be needed sooner rather than later.
That’s likely it for a while – hurry up and wait, while chasing a bunch of loose ends.
